Winter has finished and now that the days are getting longer, there is only one thing on our minds: Summer is coming! Stow away your coats in a closet and get your swimming costume on because the weather is sunny and the hottest event of Summer 2017 is only a couple of weeks away! That’s right, The Beach at Bluewater is nearly here and it promises to be a real hit!

Snuggling up indoors, the festive period, chilly walks in the park and sliding across an ice rink are just some of the reasons we love winter. You can’t beat the feeling of being wrapped up warm on the sofa while the wind shakes the windows and howls outside. But when summer is on its way, we quickly forget all of that, and concentrate on getting outside to work on our sun tan and make the most of the lovely British summer weather.

An undoubted highlight of the summer is a trip to the seaside. From building sandcastles to digging holes and writing our names in the sand, there is so much to enjoy about the beach. Throw in a dip in the sea, cooling off in the waves and spending the day out in the sun with friends and family and we are having a whale of a time. But for a lot of people, a trip to the seaside can mean a lot of stress and hassle, so at The Beach at Bluewater, we are bringing the beach to you!

Just by the Bluewater Shopping Centre near Dartford in Kent, The Beach at Bluewater is a recreation of the seaside right on your doorstep! We have lots of places to swim and so much sand for you to run around in and play to your heart’s content. On top of all this, there are classic Urban Beach rides for thrill seekers and child-friendly rides tailored for toddlers. With so much live entertainment, free events, and countless food and drink options, The Beach at Bluewater is a celebration of the seaside that you won’t want to miss!

So now you can get excited for the summer and look forward to visiting us. We are open from 12pm until 9pm so whether you want come for a couple of hours to ride some roller coasters, or spend the whole day relaxing on the sand, it is totally up to you. We can’t wait to see you down here! The countdown has begun!
